About the Working Group
The Dispute Resolution Working group aims to establish a comprehensive framework for facilitating dispute resolution among members and between members and non-members within the crypto ecosystem and traditional industries.
Scope: Design, implement, and manage mechanisms for resolving disputes, including the development of ombudsman services and mediation courts, leveraging the expertise of Crypto Valley Association members.
Goal: Provide effective, fair, and accessible resolution processes for conflicts, fostering collaborative and amicable solutions through expert involvement and mediation.
Focus Areas: Support dispute resolution by developing guidelines and structures for ombudsman services and mediation courts, tailored to the needs of both crypto and traditional sectors.
