CVA Governance – Revised Governance Documents – FINAL Member Consultation

Based on the conclusions and recommendations from the final Governance Report (link) as well as various other feedback received during the member consultation phase up to now, the CVA presents to its members the following documents:

– CVA Articles of Association (CVA_AA, revised)
– New Organisational Rules (CVA_OReg)

We invite all of our Members to review these documents and are happy to receive any feedback by 31. December 2018 at the latest.
