We are delighted to welcome all CVA members to attend the an Extraordinary General Assembly at the City Garden Hotel, Zug on the 13. March. Following the outcome from the past General Assembly on the 31. January there are a number of important points to address, one being the final vote on the new Articles of Association.

Members are kindly encouraged to arrive at the City Garden Hotel early in order to become seated in relaxed and timely fashion. Car parking is available on-site.

As it is important for us to ensure a smooth and comprehenisve EGA we ask members to prepare by reviewing the existing (and to be replaced) CVA ‘Articles of Association’.

In order to conduct an orderly and effective process, we kindly ask you to take note of the information below.

Attendance:

The Extraordinary General Assembly is open to members only. To gain entry tot he EGM and vote the following are REQUIRED to cross check identity:

1) An official proof of identity with picture (e.g. Passport, Drivers Licence, etc.).

2) Printed Proof of CVA membership document.

SPECIAL NOTE: The above rule applies to CVA corporate members as well. The person whose name is assigned to the corporate member account is the ONLY person that can vote on behalf of the organisation. While multiple persons from corporate member organisations may attend the Assembly, only one person will be entitled to vote.
